Using our knowledge of local contractors we can also advise clients on the availability and suitability of potential contractors.
Decisions made at this stage are critical to success so we aim to balance financial viability with team chemistry. On return of tender we assist clients with any necessary value engineering, along with contractor interviewing and appointments.
We provide independent advice based on RIBA recommendations and industry standard documentation to ensure a transparent process. This is clearly defined to provide a framework, which safeguards and supports all parties.
While on site, we work closely with the client and contractor to ensure that the quality of delivery matches the contract information and client expectation. We regularly monitor both site and programme, dealing with day-to-day issues as and when they arise.
Finally, we oversee variations, certify payments to contractors and provide completion certification following the successful delivery of the project.
