A challenge was given to us by clients who had a specific preference over the style of their dwelling, yet wanting a unique home that would fit naturally within an area of established architectural character.
The Ascot Design team responded with this bespoke Victorian-style villa, comprising two storeys above ground level and a lower ground floor benefitting from natural daylight and sunken garden areas.
To sit comfortably within the location, it was felt necessary to have a natural slate roof covering and buff coloured handmade bricks. Additional features such as stone bay windows and an ornate cornice, all contributed to the remarkable resemblance this house has to an older building.
With our assistance the house was designed and constructed to the agreed budget and on time, making our clients extremely pleased with the outcome.
