Although the planning application was refused by the Local Planning Authority our client was confident that the scheme was well designed and would enhance the location. An appeal was lodged to challenge the Planning Authorities decision and the application was subsequently granted consent by the Planning Inspector.
During the appeal process, three dimensional modelling was used to create photo realistic visuals of the exterior and interior that went on to be used for marketing material for the development.
